Sales Tax

7.75% sales tax will be applied to all transactions with a California billing address.

Shipping Fees

Orders received before 11:00a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. will process within one (1) business day of receipt. All orders will ship standard ground service within the continental US. Additional shipping charges are applied to Alaska and Hawaii orders and items that are large in volume (dimensional weight). Microdermabrasion.us.com does not ship internationally.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Microdermabrasion.us.com does not accept returns on products unless specified below.

Dermaglow - If there is a problem with the machine within the first 2 months, DermaGlow will replace the machine at no cost. After two months, the machine must be shipped to DermaGlow for repair. (Valid only on models: ASI-1002, ASI-1001, & ASI-1001MD)

ImageDerm - All equipment must be returned within 10 days from the date customer takes delivery. A 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged for returns. Returned equipment is subject to a 10% cancellation fee after 24 hours of order placement and any shipping costs. All returns must be called in for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Without one we can not accept any returns. (Valid only on models: MD500, MD500D, MD600D, Microdermalight, & Pro-Peel PP800)
