Yes. The ClairDerm3 Microdermabrasion Machine requires little maintenance. After the treatment session, disposable nozzles are discarded, the anti-clog button is pressed (while vacuum pressure is on high) to flush the line and remove any obstructions. Machine is now ready to store. The Teflon filter should be replaced every 9 to 12 months and the crystals changed every 7 to 10 treatments.

The ClairDerm3 utilizes a hand piece constructed of lightweight plastic and disposable treatment nozzles. Crystal use is conservative. One pound of crystals can adequately perform 7 to 10 treatments. Yes. Remove the lid from the used crystal container (right side of the machine near the back) and dump it out. New crystals are poured into the new crystal container. (located in front of the used crystal container)
