Yes. The ClairDerm1 Microdermabrasion Machine requires little maintenance. After the treatment session, disposable nozzles are discarded, the anti-clog button is pressed (while vacuum pressure is on high) to flush the line and remove any obstructions. Machine is now ready to store. The Teflon filter should be replaced every 9 to 12 months and the crystals changed every 7 to 10 treatments.

The ClairDerm1 utilizes a hand piece constructed of lightweight plastic and disposable treatment nozzles. Crystal use is conservative. One pound of crystals can adequately perform 7 to 10 treatments.
